Product Description
Vaptan 15mg Tablet contains tolvaptan. It is used to treat low sodium levels in adults with conditions such as liver disease, heart failure, and Syndrome of inappropriate hormone secretion (SIADH). It is used to delay the progression of kidney enlargement in patients with ADPKD (Autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease). In ADPKD, fluid-filled cysts grow and develop in both kidneys, leading to kidney failure. The symptoms are high blood pressure, kidney pain, bloody urine, kidney stones, and urinary tract infections.
Talk to your physician if you have kidney problems, difficulties in urination, enlarged prostate, liver disorders, diabetes, intolerance to some sugars, or if you cannot drink enough water before taking Vaptan 15mg Tablet. It is not suitable for adolescents and children under the age of 18. Drink a sufficient quantity of water while being treated with this medication. Avoid grapefruit juice.

How to use
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Vaptan 15mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
