Trofame 60mg Capsule consists of the active ingredient Trospium Chloride. It is indicated to treat symptoms of the overactive urinary bladder such as frequent urination, an urgency to urinate and involuntary loss of urine. Uncontrollable urination or urge incontinence is caused by the overactivity of the detrusor (muscles in the urinary bladder), which produces increased pressure on the urinary bladder.
