Product Description
Sucralcoat Suspension is used in the treatment of ulcers in the stomach and intestine. It promotes the healing of ulcers by forming a coating over them which acts as a physical barrier.
Sucralcoat Suspension is taken one hour before meals preferably at bedtime in the dose and duration advised by the doctor. You should keep taking this medicine for as long as your doctor recommends. If you stop treatment too early your symptoms may come back and your condition may worsen.
Before taking Sucralcoat Suspension inform the doctor if you are suffering from any liver or kidney disease. Let your doctor know about all other medications you are taking as some may affect, or be affected by this medicine. Do not take antacids within two hours of taking this medicine.
How to use
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Measure it with a measuring cup and take it by mouth. Shake well before use. Sucralcoat Suspension is to be taken empty stomach.
