Siromus 1mg Tablet is an immunosuppressant medication containing the active constituent called sirolimus. It helps prevent organ rejection in people who have had a kidney transplant in combination with other medications. Following an organ transplant, our body’s immune system will try to reject the new organ. This medication controls the body’s immune response to accept the transplanted organ. 

It also treats a rare lung disorder called S-LAM (sporadic lymphangioleiomyomatosis). The most common symptom of this disease is shortness of breath. Before taking this medication, you need to talk to your physician if you have liver disorders, intolerance to some sugars, a family history of skin cancer, high cholesterol, or other diseases. Siromus 1mg Tablet is not recommended for adolescents and children under 18 years of age. 

Siromus 1mg Tablet must be taken in a dose and duration as per the prescription. It can be taken with or without food but make sure to take it at about the same time every day. An overdose of this medicine may have serious side effects on the body.

How to use

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Siromus 1mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
