Product Description

Ramiven 50mg Tablet is an anticancer medication containing the active ingredient Abemaciclib. It is used to treat a type of breast cancer (hormone receptor-positive, HER2 negative breast cancer) that is advanced or metastatic (breast cancer that has spread to other parts of the body). Cancer is a condition in which cells multiply in an uncontrolled and abnormal manner. This medication works by inhibiting the proteins called cyclin-dependent kinases and is given in combination with other medications.

Ramiven 50mg Tablet is not recommended for adolescents and children under 18 years of age. Before taking this medicine, it is vital to inform your doctor if you have any signs of infections (fever, chills, or sore throat), liver disorders, kidney disorders, or intolerance to some sugars. Use effective birth control during the treatment and for at least three weeks after the last dose. 

How to use

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it.

Serious:

• Low white blood cell count (chills or fever)
• Diarrhea
• Blood clots (painful swollen leg, shortness of breath, rapid heart rate, chest pain)

Common:

• Decreased appetite
• Nausea, vomiting
• Tiredness
• Hair loss
• Dizziness
• Rash, itching
• Changes in taste sensation
• Infections
