Pyrimethamine 25mg Tablet consists of the active substance Pyrimethamine. It is used to treat malaria and infections caused by a parasite called toxoplasma, along with antibiotics. 

This medicine is prescribed for malaria when a patient does not respond well to chloroquine treatment. Malaria spreads through mosquito bites when it feeds on human blood. This infection attacks the liver and blood through the multiplication of the parasites in the red blood cells.

Toxoplasma infections impact the brain, eyes, and other parts of the body if you have a flawed immune system. This infection occurs due to the intake of unfiltered water, raw or undercooked meat-containing foods. 

How to use

Your physician will prescribe the dose and frequency of taking this medicine, depending on your health status. Swallow the tablet with water.
