Product Description

Phesgo 600mg/600mg Injection is a targeted therapy containing the active constituents trastuzumab and Pertuzumab. It is used to treat a type of breast cancer (human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 positive breast cancer) that has spread to other parts of the body (metastasized) or cancer that has come back after the treatment. It will also be given before or after the surgery if cancer has not metastasized. Cancer occurs when cells begin to grow abnormally in an uncontrolled manner.

 

Before taking Phesgo 600mg/600mg Injection, talk to the physician if you have heart problems, have had radiotherapy, or have allergic conditions. This medication is not recommended for adolescents and children under 18 years of age. Use effective birth control during the treatment and for at least seven months after the last dose. 

 

Make sure you tell your physician of all the medicines, including supplements and herbal medicines, you are taking before you start treatment with Phesgo 600mg/600mg Injection.

Side Effects

Side effects are unwanted symptoms caused by medicines. Even though all medicines cause side effects, not everyone gets them.

 

Serious:

• Heart problems
• Diarrhea
• Low white blood cell count
• Injection related reactions (feeling sick, fever, headache, appetite loss, hot flushes)
• Serious allergic reaction (swelling of the throat and face, difficulty in breathing)

 

Common:

• Muscle weakness
• Constipation
• Changes in taste
• Sleeping troubles
• Heartburn
• Nose bleeds
• More tears
