How to use

• Apply sufficient quantity of Orthomol gel on the affected area in circular motion and gently massage until it is absorbed completely

• Repeat this 3-4 times daily, or as directed by the physician

• In case of chronic pain like severe joint pain, rheumatoid arthritis, osteo-arthritis, scatia, gout, lower back pain etc. take one Orthomol capsule twice daily, before meals, preferably with lukewarm water for atleast 1 month
