Low-K 600mg Tablet contains potassium chloride. It is used to treat and prevent low potassium levels. Potassium is a chief mineral of cellular fluids, acid-base balance, nerve, and muscle function. Potassium deficiency may cause muscular weakness, mental confusion, heart disturbances, and kidney problems. Talk to your physician about all the medications you are taking recently, including herbal medications and supplements. 

You need to inform your physician if you have severe kidney disorders, uncontrolled Addison’s disease (adrenal gland fails to make enough of a hormone called cortisol), dehydration, or crush injuries before taking Low-K 600mg Tablet. Report to your physician if you experience any hypersensitive reactions after taking this medicine. The common side effects of this medication are nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, and diarrhea.
