Itra-Edge 1% Dusting Powder is an antifungal medicine that helps treat infections of the skin, fingernails, and toenails. It kills fungi by destroying the fungal cell membrane thereby stopping the growth of fungus.
Itra-Edge 1% Dusting Powder is for external use only. You should use it in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. The affected area should be clean and dry before application of the medicine. You must wash your hands thoroughly before and after the medicine application. Do not use the medicine for longer than your doctor has told you to and let him or her know if your condition does not improve after 2 to 4 weeks of treatment. If you have athlete’s foot, wash your socks or tights thoroughly and change your shoes daily if possible.
