Hepura 400mg Tablet contains S-Adenosyl-L-Methionine. It is used to treat intrahepatic cholestasis in pregnancy and in patients with end-stage liver diseases. Intrahepatic cholestasis is a condition in which the release of bile (digestive fluid) from liver cells is impaired. Liver function is impaired due to the buildup of bile in the liver. You need to inform your physician if you have kidney disorders before taking Hepura 400mg Tablet. It is not recommended for adolescents and children under the age of 18. Tell your physician if you are pregnant, planning to get pregnant, or breastfeeding before taking this medicine. It will be given to you if clearly needed. Do not stop taking this medication without consulting the doctor.
