Grafeel 30MIU Prefilled syringe contains filgrastim (recombinant human granulocyte colony stimulating factor). Growth factors are generally proteins found naturally in the body, stimulating the multiplication of blood cells. Grafeel 30MIU Prefilled syringe is used to treat neutropenia (low number of white blood cells). Neutropenia occurs for many reasons and makes the body less capable of fighting the infection. 

It is used to increase the number of white blood cells after chemotherapy and bone marrow transplant to prevent infections. It is used in advanced HIV infection to reduce the complications of infections. It can also be used before high-dose chemotherapy. Exposure to high levels of radiation can damage bone marrow. Grafeel 30MIU Prefilled syringe increases the chance of survival of patients exposed to radiation therapy. It is important to inform your doctor if you have anemia and bone-related disorders.
