Exelon 13.3mg Patch contains the active constituent rivastigmine. It is used to treat mild to moderately severe dementia (impairment in thinking, behavior, memory) in patients with Alzheimer’s disease and Parkinson’s disease. Alzheimer’s is a progressive neuro disorder that results in limited social skills, thinking ability, and forgetfulness. Parkinson’s disease is a neurological disorder with a progressive loss of coordination and movement.
How to use
Follow all the instructions exactly as given by your doctor. Do not cut the patch into pieces. Take off the previous patch before putting new one. Press the patch firmly at least for 30 seconds in the place using the hand.

- Dehydration, prolonged vomiting, diarrhea

- Loss of appetite
- Sleepy or feeling agitated
- Inability to retain adequate urine
- Too much saliva
