Everomus 0.25mg Tablet is an immunosuppressant medication containing the active constituent everolimus. It is used to prevent the body’s immune system from rejecting a transplanted kidney, liver, or heart. It is used in combination with other medicines. Talk to your doctor if you have had recent major surgery, unhealed wound following surgery, kidney disorders, liver problems, allergic conditions, or respiratory symptoms (wheezing, difficulty breathing, coughing) before taking this medicine. 

This medicine is not recommended for adolescents and children under the age of 18. You need to tell your doctor about all the medications you are taking recently before taking Everomus 0.25mg Tablet. You must limit your exposure to sunlight and UV light by wearing protective clothing and applying sunscreen frequently, as this medicine may increase the risk of developing cancers. Avoid taking grapefruit juice or grapefruit while taking this medicine. 

If you are a man wanting to father a child, you should discuss the treatment with your physician, as taking Everomus 0.25mg Tablet may reduce sperm production in men. Inform your physician if you have been told that you have an intolerance to some sugars, as this medicine contains lactose.

How to use

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Everomus 0.25mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Side Effects

Serious:

• Infections, inflammation of the lungs

• Severe allergic reactions (swelling of face, lips, tongue, throat, difficulty swallowing)

Common:

• Low blood cell count
• High levels of fats and sugar in the blood
• Headache, anxiety, difficulty sleeping
• Nausea, vomiting
• Fever, coughing, breathlessness
• Stomach pain, diarrhea
• High blood pressure
• Accumulation of fluid in tissues
• Fast heartbeat
• Nose bleeds
• Pain in the mouth or throat, mouth sores
• Joint pain, muscle pain
• Menstrual disorders (absent or heavy periods)
• Rash, itching

Storage

Store below 30℃
