Product Description

Etovel 100mg Injection is a chemotherapy medication containing the active constituent etoposide. It is used to treat certain types of cancers such as testicular cancer, small-cell lung cancer, acute myeloid leukemia (blood cancer), tumour in the lymphatic system (Hodgkin’s lymphoma, non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma), and reproductive system cancers (ovarian cancer and gestational trophoblastic neoplasia) in adults. In children, this medicine is used to treat acute myeloid leukemia, Hodgkin’s lymphoma, and non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma.

Talk to your doctor if you have had radiotherapy or chemotherapy recently, any infections, low levels of a protein called albumin in your blood, kidney diseases, epilepsy, alcohol addiction, or liver disorders before taking this chemotherapy medication. Etovel 100mg Injection should not be taken if you have recently been vaccinated with yellow fever vaccine and live vaccines and if you are a breastfeeding woman.

Use effective birth control during the treatment and for at least 6 months after the last dose. Etovel 100mg Injection contains benzyl alcohol. Benzyl alcohol can cause gasping syndrome (breathing problems) in young children. Administration of this medicine may cause a reduction in the level of blood cells and increase the risk of developing infections.

Your doctor or nurse will give you this medicine. Kindly do not self administer.

• Abnormal liver function
• Changes in skin color
• Weakness
• Hair loss
• High or low blood pressure
• Infection
• Dizziness
• Redness of the skin
• Sore lips, throat, or mouth ulcers
