Product Description

Ebunat 0.5mg Injection consists of the active ingredient Eribulin Mesylate. It is an anti-cancer drug used to treat advanced breast cancer and cancer that develops from fat tissue (liposarcoma). It belongs to the category called non-taxane microtubule dynamics inhibitor. This medicine is prescribed when other chemotherapeutic regimens were tried to which the patient did not respond adequately.

Before taking it, tell your doctor if you have heart disease, liver, or kidney problems or are taking any medicines to treat infections. Many other medicines can affect, or be affected by, this medicine so let your doctor know all medications you are using. This medicine is not recommended during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. The use of effective contraception by both males and females during treatment is important to avoid pregnancy.

Serious:

• Fever, raising heartbeat, breathlessness, cold and pale skin, confusion
• Allergic reactions
• Severe skin rashes with blisters

• Low levels of Platelets, WBC and RBC in the blood
• Tiredness or weakness
• Nausea, vomiting, constipation, diarrhea
• Numbness, tingling or prickling sensations
• Loss of appetite, weight loss
• Cough
• Pain in the joints, muscles and back
• Headache
• Hair loss
• Pneumonia and chills
• Vertigo and dizziness
• Eye problems
• Dehydration, dry mouth, cold sores, indigestion, heartburn, stomach pain
• Painful urination and urinary tract infection
