Dermasoft Cream is composed of Urea, Lactic acid, Propylene glycol, Liquid paraffin etc.
Lactic acid has important property of maintaining the pH of the skin and helps in attaining the required water content. Skin remains smooth and soft, due to presence of aloe vera. Oil to water content is maintained in the optimized manner.
It is used for dry and scaly skin, dermatitis, eczema, skin irritation problems, rashes etc.
