Product Description
Darzalex 400mg Injection is a targeted therapy for cancer containing the active ingredient daratumumab. It is used to treat a type of cancer called multiple myeloma in adults 18 years or older. Multiple myeloma is a cancer of bone marrow. Tell your doctor if you ever had a hepatitis B infection as this medicine may cause the hepatitis B virus to become active again. Darzalex 400mg Injection can decrease platelets (helps in blood clotting), and white blood cell counts (helps in fighting infections).
Consult your doctor if you are on a salt-controlled diet as this medicine contains sodium. Tell your doctor if you have a history of breathing problems, or had shingles before taking Darzalex 400mg Injection. This medicine can change the results of blood tests to match your blood type. You need to tell your health care provider that you are being treated with this medicine before receiving blood transfusions.
How to use
Your doctor or nurse will give you this medicine. Kindly do not self administer.

Side Effects
Serious:
- Infusion reactions (itching, wheezing, chills, fever, throat tightness, runny nose, headache, low pressure)
- Changes in blood tests
- Decrease in blood cell counts
Common:
- Nausea, vomiting

- Diarrhea
- Tiredness
- Shortness of breath
- Upper respiratory tract infection
- Tingling, numbness, or pain
- Constipation
- Trouble sleeping
- Dizziness
- Joint pain
