Carmendan Injection consists of the active ingredient Levosimendan. It is indicated for short-term therapy for heart failure when standard therapy is insufficient and in cases where inotropic support is required. It helps manage breathlessness during heart failure. Your physician will monitor your ECG values, blood pressure and heart rate continuously during this treatment.

Heart failure occurs when the heart is unable to maintain adequate output on its own. It is diagnosed when a patient experiences signs or symptoms of congestion, low BP, tiredness and poor tolerance. An accurate diagnosis is important to treat the root cause and prevent progression. 

How to use

Carmendan Injection is for in-hospital use only. It should be given in a hospital setting where adequate monitoring facilities are available.
