Benadon Vitamin B6 40 mg Tablet is a vitamin supplement containing a single vitamin B6 that replenishes the vitamin B6 requirement or deficiency in the body.

Benadon Tablet contains Vitamin B6, which is chemically known as Pyridoxine. Scientifically pyridoxine is one of the essential vitamins involved in many different enzymatic reactions in the body. It affects the immune function, red blood cells (erythrocyte) metabolism, glucose anabolism (gluconeogenesis), formation of vitamin B3 (niacin), amino acid metabolism and hormonal regulation. The deficiency of Vitamin B6 is characterised by seborrheic dermatitis, microcytic anaemia (because of immature red blood cells), convulsions (seizures) and depression.

Benadon Tablet replenishes the depleted resources of the B6 in the body. It helps prevents vitamin B6 deficiency and helps in anaemia treatment. Also, this is used to manage homocystinuria or primary hyperoxaluria and vitamin B6 dependent seizures in pediatric patients.
