Auradex 8mg Tablet consists of the active ingredient Dexamethasone. It is indicated to prevent nausea and vomiting in patients receiving chemotherapy. It is also used to manage various disorders of the immune system and reduces inflammation. It belongs to a category of drugs called corticosteroids, commonly referred to as steroids. 
Corticosteroids are hormones that are produced naturally by the body to support overall health and wellness. Auradex 8mg Tablet is contraindicated in case of hypersensitivity. Long term use of Dexamethasone can cause endocrine disorders, eye problems, heart problems, increased risk of infections and increased requirement of anti-diabetic drugs in diabetic patients.
Auradex 8mg Tablet provides relief from swelling, redness, pain, and itching in the affected area by preventing the release of substances that cause inflammation. It should be taken with food to avoid stomach upset. Taking the medicine regularly at the right times increases its effectiveness. It is important to keep taking the medicine regularly until your doctor tells you it is safe to stop.
