Atazor 200mg Capsule is an antiretroviral medication containing the active constituent atazanvir. It is used in the treatment of HIV-1 infection along with other antiretroviral drugs. HIV-1 is human immunodeficiency virus that attacks and destroys the cells involved in the immune system; the body’s ability to fight against infections decreases and leads to death if untreated properly. This medication contains lactose. Inform your doctor if you have intolerant to sugars.

How to use

Swallow the capsule as a whole. The medicine is taken along with meals. The dosage in children is calculated based on body weight. The capsules should not be opened. In case of a missed dose, take the missed dose as soon as possible with food and then take your next scheduled dose at the same time accordingly. If it is almost time for your next dose, do not take the missed dose. Please wait and take the next dose at its regular time. Don’t double the dose to make up for the missed dose.

• Severe rash with flu-like symptoms, mouth sores, fever, blisters, swelling in the face and eyes, painful or red lumps

• Serious heart problems (dizziness or fainting, changes in heartbeats)
